Return, Exchange, and Refunds Policy:
We are committed to providing high-quality scenting solutions and products. However, due to government regulations and health concerns, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds unless the item you purchased is confirmed defective by us. Moreover, we cannot accept cancellations of orders for products such as body oils, fragrances, and soaps, which are subject to government regulations and health concerns.
Samples and Small Orders Policy:
- Non-Refundable: Payments for samples or small orders are final and non-refundable under any circumstances. These samples are provided solely for the purpose of evaluating our products before making larger purchases.
- Quality Assurance: We guarantee that all our products are inspected before shipment. If there are any quality concerns, they must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, and we will evaluate the issue promptly.
- Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with samples or small orders. These costs are non-refundable and include international delivery fees calculated based on weight and destination.
- Acceptance of Terms: By completing the purchase, the customer agrees to all the terms and conditions mentioned above and acknowledges that any claims for refunds will not be entertained.
Please note that we sell only Perfume Fragrance oils and not final products. Any brand names mentioned on our site are only meant for comparison. We have no relationship with the brand names of designers and do not use their fragrances.
We are in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Statement of Policy Regarding Comparative Advertising. Namaa products should not be confused with the products of other companies they may be compared to, and we have no affiliation with the companies, manufacturers, or designers mentioned.
All names, trademarks, and copyrights are the property of their respective owners, manufacturers, and/or designers. We do not use their fragrances, and we are not associated in any way with the designer brands or their manufacturers.
